With Twitterrific, you can read, write, and manage your tweets, as well as upload photos and videos to websites, such as yFrog, TwitPic, TwitvVid, Posterous, as well as other websites. Twitterrific also has support for multiple Twitter accounts, so if you have more than one account, you don’t have to log out of one and then log into another.
